1Free membership
Your account, badge, specialty communities and case discussions are free. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. You can delete your account at any time from your settings.
2Cancelling Premium
- You can cancel Premium at any time from your account settings.
- When you cancel, your subscription will not renew, and you keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
- After that, your account returns to the Free plan. Your profile, posts and connections are not affected.
3Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. We do not offer refunds or partial refunds for the current month, but you will not be charged again.
4Annual plans
- If you cancel within 7 days of your first annual purchase, we will refund the full amount.
- After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you keep access until the end of the year you paid for.
- We will remind you by email at least 7 days before your annual plan renews.
5Duplicate or failed payments
If you are charged twice, or charged for a payment that failed, we will refund the amount to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days of approval; the time taken to appear in your account depends on your bank.
6How to request a refund
Write to support@medsocio.com from your registered email address with your transaction ID and the reason for your request. We will acknowledge your request within 2 working days.
7Institutional plans
Refunds and cancellations for institutional plans are governed by the terms of the agreement with the institution.
8Prices and taxes
All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes, including GST, unless stated otherwise. Special student pricing is available to verified medical students.
